A “session” is informal gathering of amateur musicians in a local pub leading to a communal appreciation and celebration of traditional music. These sessions occur frequently at The Coachman’s and have enjoyed warm applause from the lucky listeners.

Irish music nights at The Coachman's Kenmare can be described as polished musical performances full of passion, swing and energy in an intimate ambient venue”.  The musicians repertoire effortlessly blends traditional Irish music and song with new contemporary works.  The tunes are immaculately buoyant, ever imaginative producing extraordinary sound.  The musicians' love of their native music and exceptional talent is self evident.
